Valentine’s Day is coming up, and one part of that holiday is the tradition of shared treats with your loved ones, whether friends, family or romantic interest. Honestly, these are sooooo good! I rarely eat cookies, so these are a great substitute! Even better though…you can make these with your girlfriends, partner, or little siblings. I even made these with my brother before!
The Protein Balls are only made of 4 ingredients, which you can all get at Trader Joe’s (minus the protein powder). So get on to Trader Joe’s (or TJ for short), buy these few ingredients, and get on rolling! 😉
Ingredients:
1 cup Shaklee Vanilla Life Shake
1 cup Almond Butter
1/3 cup Honey
Cinnamon
Mix the protein powder, almond butter and honey in a bowl. Roll the dough by hand (Beware: the dough will be super sticky, so you might want to wet your hands before!). In a ramekin put enough ground cinnamon to roll your protein ball in. Roll your protein ball in the cinnamon, until completely covered. After, roll again in your hand so the cinnamon gets incorporated into the dough. And voila, your snickerdoodle protein ball is complete! 🙂
Notes: If you want to be cute, shape them into hearts for your special valentine!
