And I’m back!!! I just arrived back from conference in FL a few days ago, and it’s been kind of crazy. With everything I’ve learned at conference, my mind is doing a lot of processing and at the same time I’m putting many of the new things to action. It’s easier to keep the momentum going, than to build up the momentum!
That being said, I did what every person does while traveling: indulging. While I did have many healthy snacks around, I made sure to indulge in a few things here and there (especially corn chips with guac!!!). As soon as I came back, I made sure to get right on track again with my usual healthy habits and eating. So first thing to fix was a smoothie! I wasn’t able to get much kale in, while traveling so I knew I was craving some kale and especially some mangoes!!!
When I gave my mom a taste test of the smoothie, her response was: “It tastes healthy” (aka “I can taste the kale and don’t necessarily love it”). But you know what? I love the taste of kale! And I love smoothies that taste green and I know that they’ll be doing some amazing things for me, my energy levels, and my body!
Hope you enjoy the smoothie as much as I do!
Love,
Maxi
