Who doesn’t enjoy brownies? To me, brownies are the perfect compliment to a movie marathon or a ladies’ spa night. A few weeks back I was invited to go to a spa night one of my girlfriends was hosting, and was asked to bring something. I had been dying to have brownies again, so I selfishly decided that was what I was going to do. These brownies were such a hit and I was asked to share the recipe several times!
If you’re having an event or attend a dinner party, bring these healthy treats with you! They’ll be a crowd pleaser ๐ The chocolate-y goodness of these brownies totally mask the secret healthy ingredient, that no one will be expecting!
I know I was completely surprised, when I read this recipe, and was like “There’s no way there are almost 2 cups of spinach in this!”. How would that work? But I am here to tell you, it does!
If you’re having troubles getting your greens in, but also want to treat yourself, this is the perfect recipe for you! I know many moms have a tough time getting their kids to eat leafy greens or any sort of vegetable, and I can guarantee they won’t be able to taste it here. ๐
Love,
Maxi

WHAT?! This recipe is AMAZING! The problem with normal brownies is wincing when I put in 2 cups of sugar and a cup of oil (YIKES) – probably the reason I haven’t made them in years.
This solves EVERYTHING! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
